      Conjunctivitis: (infective, dry eye, allergic), very common, sticky/gritty/itchy/stringy discharge, redness throughout entire sclera and both eye lids. Tx = topical chloramphenicol/lubricant/mast stabaliser. Episcleritis: irritation, sectorial redness (one side of iris only), no lid involvement.
